Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a demonstrable sales track record.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan projects, developers, payment plans and emerging communities.
- Experience selling off-plan properties and working with investors or end-users.
- Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
