Role overview

Seeking a results-driven Secondary Market Specialist with UAE real estate sales experience and knowledge of Dubai’s ready-property market.

The role requires converting leads into clients and closing transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of UAE real estate sales experience; luxury sales candidates may be considered with a demonstrable sales track record.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, ready properties, pricing, and current market trends.
  • Experience in secondary-market property sales and resale.
  • Proven sales performance and ability to convert leads and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Valid UAE driving licence; self-motivated, commercially focused, and able to work independently.
