Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a demonstrable sales track record.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, ready properties, pricing and current market trends.
- Experience in secondary market transactions, including property sales and resale.
- Proven sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients and close deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
