About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage project documentation and client coordination professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on ongoing projects with internal teams and clients.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, requirements, and approvals.
- Support project engineers in daily coordination activities.
- Arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation control for all project-related records.
- Assist in resolving project issues and maintaining smooth workflow between departments.
Requirements
- Female candidate with proven experience in project coordination or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good personality with professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in project documentation and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in construction, MEP, trading, or contracting projects is an advantage.
- Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
