Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, clients, and authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with all requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams for smooth project execution
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly status reports
- Follow up on material availability, approvals, and site requirements
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and updates
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and company procedures
- Support Project Managers in resolving issues, delays, and coordination challenges
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination (UAE experience preferred)
- Experience in construction, fire protection, or MEP projects is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with project management tools or ERP systems is an added advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
