Support Amazon Now Operations' fast-delivery 1P Stores initiative, combining project support with store launch and operational work.
The posting is for a detail-oriented Project Support Specialist in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor store launch programs through systematic site visits.
- Maintain and update project checklists, track project completion, and identify and escalate risks or concerns.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
- Support development and execution of new business models.
Basic qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications and with Excel.
- Fluent spoken, written, and read English.
Role capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in inventory management or retail operations is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
