Placement programme
This is a 12-month placement in Motability Operations' Electric team, supporting projects across electric mobility products and services.
The team works on home charging, public infrastructure, energy services, and electric vehicle customer education.
The placement offers hands-on experience across squads and workstreams supporting live projects for customers across the UK.
What you will do
- Support live projects across Home Charging, Energy, Charging on the Go, and Discovery squads.
- Gather insights, track progress, and contribute to problem-solving in delivery teams.
- Work with product, design, data, operations, and partnership colleagues.
- Support internal communications, process improvements, and workshop coordination.
- Own defined tasks or mini-projects within squad objectives.
- Collaborate with other students on a project intended to create positive impact.
About you and minimum criteria
- Be studying in the second year of a degree that includes a year in industry.
- Be eager to start a placement in July 2027.
- Be willing to attend the London office at least three days a week.
- Be a proactive team player with written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
- Show interest in business operations, decision-making, and how teams deliver value.
- Bring enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, with motivation to develop personally and professionally.

Recruitment process
The recruitment process includes a CV and written questions, a video assessment, a virtual interview, and an assessment centre.
The assessment centre is scheduled to take place at the London office.
