Role purpose
Drive profitable sales growth across market channels, increase market share in the project sector, and expand GROHE’s geographic presence in the country.
Primary responsibilities
- Contribute to country results and organizational leadership, including strategic planning for channel development.
- Deliver sales and project-channel objectives in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
- Manage and maintain project specifications in GROHE’s project system.
- Align with the line manager on medium- and long-term country strategies and implement them in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Provide information and analysis supporting strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Identify key regional channels and targets for project business.
- Forecast project sales accurately by month, quarter, and year.
- Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects in the country.
- Maintain records of key project contacts in the region and report to senior management.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- MBA is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic; other languages are a plus.
- 5–7 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining quality and reputation.
