The role aims to accelerate profitable sales growth across market channels, achieve annual targets, increase market share, and expand Grohe’s presence in Saudi Arabia.
The position supports country results and leadership and contributes to strategic planning for project-channel development.
Primary responsibilities
- Deliver the sales and project-channel mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs; write and maintain project specifications in Grohe’s project system.
- Align with the line manager on medium- and long-term country strategies and implement them in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Provide information and analysis for strategic priorities; identify regional channels and targets for project business.
- Forecast project sales by month, quarter, and year; build relationships with designers and architects.
- Maintain records of key regional project contacts and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications and education
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic; good command of other languages is a plus.
- Five to seven years of experience in a comparable position.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, competitive, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining quality and reputation.
- An MBA is a plus.
