Drive profitable sales growth, increase market share, and expand GROHE's geographical presence in the country.
The role focuses on project-channel sales and regional market development.
Primary responsibilities
- Contribute to country results, organizational leadership, and strategic planning for channel development.
- Deliver project-channel sales in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
- Write and maintain project specifications in the GROHE project system.
- Align on mid- and long-term country strategies and implement them in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Provide information and analysis for strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Identify regional channels and targets for project business and forecast sales by month, quarter, and year.
- Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects; keep records of key project contacts and report to senior management.
Qualifications and education
- Bachelor's degree in architecture; MBA is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic; other languages are a plus.
- Five to seven years of experience in a comparable position.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, competitive, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining quality and reputation.
