GQ-Trading Company supplies engineering materials in Saudi Arabia and is hiring one Project Materials Procurement Manager.
The role supports project purchasing and supplier coordination.
Responsibilities
- Source, assess, and manage suppliers of engineering and construction materials in Saudi Arabia.
- Handle inquiries, compare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow purchase orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with project and engineering teams to meet technical, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Control procurement costs while maintaining quality and supply reliability.
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English are required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proven experience procuring engineering or construction materials for projects in Saudi Arabia is required.
- Strong procurement-process knowledge and an established supplier network are required.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and cost-control skills are required.
Compensation
- Compensation starts at SAR 5,000 per month.
- The final package is negotiable based on experience and capability, with no fixed upper limit.
