We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable
Strategy Project Manager
on behalf of one of our clients in the public sector.
This is a unique opportunity to join a respected institution in Dubai, contributing directly to performance management and strategic transformation.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Contract: 3-6 months (on-site, full-time), with potential for long-term engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the
Balanced Scorecard
- across departments.
- Finalize key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance reporting tools.
- Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to align strategic and operational goals.
- Assist in the preparation of executive board presentations and strategic reviews.
- Contribute to a major organisational project in collaboration with the Human Capital team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy development, execution, or performance management
- Strong understanding of
- Balanced Scorecard methodology
- and KPI frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and confident in presenting at board level
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
