Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and deliver structural steel projects against contractual specifications, drawings and timelines.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and internal engineering, procurement, production, QA/QC and site teams.
- Maintain schedules, progress reports, cost controls, budgets, resources and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits and inspections for HSE, quality and milestone compliance; resolve technical and operational issues.
- Maintain RFIs, material submittals, method statements and as-built drawings.
- Lead project meetings and communicate stakeholder updates.
- Manage close-out, snag-list resolution, final handover and client-satisfaction documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in structural steel or fabrication projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Strong experience managing steel structure projects from planning to completion.
- Good knowledge of project management, construction processes, drawings and technical documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 15,000–AED 18,000 per month.
