The employer is seeking an experienced HSE Officer.
The role focuses on occupational health and safety compliance, workplace risk control, and continuous safety improvement.
Relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree, BTEC, or diploma in HSE, occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
- NEBOSH Certificate is preferred.
- Candidates with B.Tech qualifications are eligible.
- Relevant HSE experience is required, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Fluent Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
Roles and responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses and recommend control measures.
- Monitor workplace activities for compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and employee awareness programs.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, and safety documentation.
- Coordinate safety implementation with departments, external agencies, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct workplace inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuously improve workplace safety practices.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.
- Overtime and accommodation are provided by the company.

- Work location is in person.
