The company seeks an experienced GRE Production Manager to oversee glass-reinforced epoxy production operations.
The role is responsible for efficient manufacturing, quality standards, and leading production teams to achieve operational targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end GRE production activities and plan, schedule, and control production to meet delivery deadlines.
- Supervise fabrication, winding, curing, and finishing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor material usage, reduce waste, and optimize production efficiency.
- Lead and train production staff to improve performance and safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production reports and performance KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering.
- Minimum five years of experience in the GRE manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of filament winding, hand lay-up, and related processes.
- Proven experience in production planning and team management.
- Familiarity with ISO quality systems and industrial safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
