Manage complete structural steel project delivery, including planning, engineering coordination, procurement, fabrication, installation, and handover.
Lead project teams and coordinate clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop schedules, monitor progress, and deliver within approved budgets.
- Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, production, QA/QC, and site installation teams.
- Monitor costs, resources, materials, and project profitability.
- Review drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and specifications.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality, HSE, and contractual compliance.
- Prepare reports and lead project teams through successful handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–10 years of project management experience in steel structures, fabrication, or steel construction.
- Proven steel project experience covering fabrication and site installation.
- Knowledge of project planning, cost control, budgeting, contract administration, team coordination, and client management.
- Excellent Arabic and good English communication skills.
- Primavera P6 or MS Project proficiency is advantageous; UAE or GCC project experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 20,000–24,000 per month.
