Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Sharjah.
The Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of projects, manage project teams and timelines, ensure budgets are adhered to, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality control, and addressing any project risks or issues to ensure successful completion.
The role requires collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and resource allocation
- Expertise in Vendor and Contractor Coordination and Stakeholder Communication
- Ability to monitor project progress, ensure compliance with quality standards, and resolve project challenges
- Experience in managing budgets and minimizing project costs effectively
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with the construction and building materials industry, particularly with marble, granite, and tiles, is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are considered a plus
