Experienced Project Manager role with a pre-contract bias, supporting growth plans and key clients.
Oversee design projects from initial inception and business case through completion.
Provide project management services for large, high-profile client projects.
Project delivery and team leadership
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust plans.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients and team members.
- Manage and motivate design teams, assign tasks, and guide staff.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Keep stakeholders informed, manage expectations, and address concerns.
Quality, risk, and cost management
- Oversee design deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify risks and issues, manage scope changes, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track expenses, prepare cost forecasts and budget reports, analyze variances, and control expenditures.
- Coordinate design teams, marketing, product development, and external agencies to streamline workflows.
- Prepare status reports and conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons and process improvements.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of project management experience in design consultancy, architecture, or engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.
- Proven record delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of local regulations, codes, and approval processes.
- PMP certification is desirable.
- Cost or commercial management experience in integrated, multi-organization collaborative teams is preferred.
- Excellent collaboration, time-management, and multitasking skills; familiarity with quality assurance practices.
