Manage pest-control operations and service delivery across facility-management sites.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily pest-control operations according to project requirements.
- Inspect sites, identify infestations, and implement effective pest-management solutions.
- Supervise technicians and ensure proper use of chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment.
- Prepare service schedules, inspection reports, and treatment records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and pest-control regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and site teams on complaints and service requests.
- Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Entomology or a related field.
- 2–4 years of pest-control operations experience; facility-management experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pest identification, infestation control, and integrated pest management.
- Fluent English and strong communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
