A facility management and manpower services company based in Jeddah is hiring an Asset Specialist.
The role maintains accurate fixed asset records across company offices and operational sites.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions, transfers, and disposals.
- Coordinate asset tagging and physical verification across sites.
- Support depreciation calculations and reconcile asset records with Finance.
- Track asset movements and investigate discrepancies with Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- SOCPA certification is required.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a facility management or manpower services company.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
