Key responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
- Analyze actual results against budgets and explain key variances.
- Monitor project revenue, workforce costs, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare dashboards and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- SOCPA certification is required.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a facility management or manpower services company.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
