Hiring an ERP Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, development, and support across facility management and manpower services operations.
The role connects processes across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Dynamics 365 implementations, enhancements, and rollouts; translate business requirements into solutions with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations.
- Support mobilization, project deployment, attendance, timesheets, payroll integration, client billing, and project profitability.
- Oversee Finance and Supply Chain processes, including budgeting, procurement, inventory, vendors, and financial reporting.
- Manage integrations with HR/payroll, CAFM, attendance, and other business applications.
- Oversee solution design, configuration, customization, data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Manage implementation partners; maintain security, access, data quality, documentation, and change controls.
- Develop Dynamics 365 and Power BI reports and dashboards; lead user training, adoption, and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of ERP experience, including 5 years leading Dynamics 365 implementations or ERP teams.
- Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Previous experience in Facility Management, Manpower Services, Outsourcing, or a similar service-based business.
- Strong understanding of functional processes and technical delivery; experience integrating Finance, Supply Chain, HR/payroll, and operational systems.
- Understanding of contract billing, workforce costing, project accounting, and profitability reporting.
- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
