Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of project opportunities from global maintenance contract portfolios.
• Advise stakeholders on requirements and feasibility; define and document scopes with developers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Run tenders and analyze subcontractor submissions.
• Manage statutory and commercial risks and ensure workplace health and safety and quality compliance.
• Lead end-to-end project operations, including estimating, business development, quantity surveying, subcontractor procurement and management, and principal contractor site duties.
• Report monthly to the Head of Projects or Business Unit Director.
• Manage project P&L, financial objectives, variances, and corrective actions.

Experience and qualifications

• At least five years of project management experience in commercial construction, fit-out, or critical environments.
• Proven P&L management experience and demonstrated team management experience.
• Recognized technical qualification in building and construction project management, estimating, scheduling, site management, or site supervising preferred; engineering background preferred.
