Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Act as primary client contact, understand client needs, and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate designers, architects, and contractors to align project work.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and meet financial objectives.
• Inspect and review work for company quality standards and client specifications.
• Identify and address potential issues or delays to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7 to 8+ years of project management experience in interior design or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Asana.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• A diploma is listed as preferred in an additional education field.

Compensation
