Job summary

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics and transportation activities for project requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, drivers, warehouse and factory teams, and project sites.
• Plan and track material dispatches and deliveries according to project schedules.
• Follow up with transporters and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, vehicle details, and material movement.
• Prepare logistics trackers and MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and safe transportation of materials.
• Verify delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other transport documents.
• Monitor material movement and provide regular status updates.
• Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, shortages, and other logistics concerns.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Projects, Planning, and Accounts teams.
• Maintain transporter records and support cost-effective logistics planning.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Graduates in any discipline with relevant logistics experience may also be considered.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain.
• Experience in construction, interior fit-out, or project-based companies is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating material movement between vendors, factories or warehouses, and project sites.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and logistics documentation.

Work arrangement

• The work location is in person at the head office in Andheri West, Mumbai.

Compensation

• The stated pay is ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.
