Project Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day site execution and project coordination.
• Review civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor progress against schedules and report delays.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, site availability, measurements, quantities, and site reports.
• Conduct inspections, identify execution issues, and support technical issue resolution.
• Maintain progress reports, checklists, MOMs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, design, QS, and MEP teams.
• Ensure safety and EHS compliance and support the Project Manager with deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

• B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• A Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered based on relevant experience.
• The role requires 0–4 years of relevant project execution or site engineering experience.
• Commercial interior fit-out, construction, or real estate project experience is preferred.
• Freshers with relevant project or internship experience may be considered for trainee-level positions.

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of commercial interior fit-out works.
• AutoCAD and construction drawing interpretation.
• Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantities, and measurements.
• MS Excel is mandatory, with MS Office knowledge also listed.
• Project planning, progress tracking, quality control, and site inspection.
• Knowledge of civil, architectural, basic MEP coordination, and construction safety practices.

Pay

• ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month.

Work Location

• Work is in person at the head office in Andheri.
