PROJECT MANAGER (IT/ELV)

Position overview

Project ownership and execution

• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements; maintain project plans and execution schedules.
• Monitor progress, deliverables, resources, dependencies, bottlenecks, and quality; take corrective action and drive timely project closure.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, operations, procurement, support teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, mitigation plans, contingency plans, change requests, and approval processes.
• Lead client communications and review meetings; provide updates, manage expectations, document decisions, and resolve escalations.
• Track project KPIs and action items; prepare reports and alert management to delays, cost impacts, resource constraints, and client concerns.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and commercial performance; coordinate invoicing, variations, claims, and payment-related matters.
• Ensure contractual, quality, compliance, policy, procedural, and regulatory requirements are met; drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and motivate teams, communicate responsibilities and priorities, resolve internal conflicts, and promote accountability.
• Deliver project handover and closure and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in a client-facing environment.
• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong experience in client management and escalation handling.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, change management, and reporting.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
