Job Responsibilities
- Implement ADNOC occupational hygiene requirements and project HSE procedures.
- Identify and assess workplace health hazards, including dust, fumes, chemicals, noise, and heat stress.
- Conduct workplace hygiene inspections and coordinate exposure monitoring.
- Monitor compliance with occupational exposure limits and recommend control measures.
- Ensure proper chemical handling, PPE usage, and respiratory protection.
- Monitor workplace welfare, sanitation, drinking water, and housekeeping.
- Conduct occupational hygiene awareness and toolbox talks.
- Maintain inspection reports, exposure monitoring records, and audit documentation.
- Support HSE audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, HSE, or a related field.
- Relevant occupational hygiene training and experience in oil and gas or construction projects.
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and applicable ADNOC requirements.
- Valid ADNOC/client approval or competency acceptance, as required by the project.

- Occupational health hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Exposure monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of heat stress, chemical safety, noise, and respiratory protection.
- Good communication, inspection, and documentation skills.
