A hands-on Project Manager will independently manage up to four interior fit-out projects at once.

Responsibilities
- Oversee up to four concurrent interior fit-out projects from inception to handover.
- Lead site operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and foremen to ensure quality workmanship.
- Develop, monitor, and update schedules using MS Project or Primavera to track milestones.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment across project sites.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and landlords; manage snagging, approvals, and handovers.
- Track expenditure and variations, control costs, and assist with billing and progress payments.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across active sites.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE/GCC region is required.
- Malayalam is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A proven track record delivering multiple interior projects on time, within scope, and within budget is sought.
Pay
- Pay is AED 13,000–15,000 per month.
