Industrial & Airport Construction
A leading construction organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industrial projects and proven airport construction experience to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
⚡ Immediate availability is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale industrial and airport construction projects from initiation to handover
- Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with aviation standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Monitor project performance, risks, variations, and reporting activities
- Drive site progress while maintaining cost and schedule targets
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across construction and technical functions
- Ensure successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 10+ years of construction experience
- Proven experience managing airport construction projects is mandatory
- Strong background in industrial construction projects
- Excellent knowledge of project controls, contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in the GCC/Saudi market is highly preferred
