We are seeking a results-driven
Project Manager
with strong exposure to
industrial construction projects
to join our contracting operations.
This role is mission-critical to driving on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining best-in-class HSE, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of industrial projects (factories, plants, warehouses, utilities)
- Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out across all phases
- Manage budgets, schedules, risk registers, and change control
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and internal leadership
- Drive performance reporting, progress tracking, and issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or equivalent)
- 10+ years of experience in contracting, with a strong focus on industrial projects
- Proven track record managing large-scale, complex construction works
- Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, and project controls
- PMP certification is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
