We are looking for an experienced
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Supervisor
to join our growing team and help maintain a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment across our project sites.
About the Role
You will supervise day-to-day HSE activities on site, monitoring compliance, conducting inspections, and supporting the implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of all personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day HSE activities across the project site
- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety walkdowns, and equipment checks
- Carry out risk assessments and ensure method statements are followed on site
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and on-site safety awareness sessions
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure timely corrective actions
- Support incident investigations and report findings to the HSE department
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to permit-to-work systems
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and daily safety documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on safety matters
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a relevant field
- 7+ years of HSE experience in construction/contracting
- NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certifications required
- First Aid certification is an advantage
- Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills
- Solid understanding of construction activities, hazards, and control measures
