Employee Experience Specialist

- What you'll be doing:
- Support employee engagement and employee experience initiatives across the organization.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
- Gather employee feedback and help drive improvement actions.
- Organize employee events, recognition programs, and internal communication activities.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Track and report on employee experience metrics and engagement activities.
- What we're looking for:
- Saudi Nationality.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, employee relations, or a related area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
