Responsibilities
- Coordinate stakeholders and serve as the primary client contact throughout project lifecycles.
- Review project specifications, drawings, contracts, addenda, and construction documents for constructability and client-standard compliance.
- Lead planning and status meetings and monitor project schedules, finances, engineering, construction, and budgets.
- Coordinate construction package reviews, pre-award meetings, field visits, site walk-downs, submittals, reviews, and project documents.
- Coordinate outages, permits, and approvals to prevent schedule conflicts and enable fieldwork.
- Support portfolio managers with project and program coordination and reporting.
- Conduct regular project-site safety inspections and manage funding, resources, schedules, and activities in line with client processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or relevant experience in electric utility project management.
- At least three years of project management experience in the utility sector, power or gas.
- Electric utility project management experience is preferred; PMP is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Must be based in Eastern Pennsylvania due to required client-site travel.
