Key responsibilities
- Oversee villa fit-out work in line with design specifications and client requirements.
- Manage budgets and project finances while maintaining quality.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to meet timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, designers, and contractors.
- Maintain craftsmanship and quality standards.
- Lead the project team and clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and services with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain client relationships and meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least eight years of UAE villa fit-out experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing luxury villa fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Comprehensive understanding of UAE construction and fit-out regulations.
- Proficiency in project-management tools or software specific to fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with sourcing high-quality materials and finishes for luxury villa fit-outs.
- PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
