Coordinate joinery and interior fit-out projects from design through production and installation.
The role requires strong coordination, communication, and project follow-up skills.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, design, production, and project teams.
- Coordinate production and site teams to support smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and timelines, and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure approved drawings, materials, and other project requirements are available on time.
- Follow up on material deliveries, site requirements, and installations.
- Maintain clear communication and support timely project completion.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of project coordination experience within joinery or interior fit-out.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
