Responsibilities
- Oversee villa fit-out work to meet design specifications and client requirements.
- Monitor project finances and budgets while maintaining quality.
- Track milestones and deliverables to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate clients, suppliers, designers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain craftsmanship and quality standards and lead project teams.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and services.
- Build client relationships and meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of UAE villa fit-out experience, including demonstrated management of luxury projects from inception to completion.
- The job poster also lists 5+ years of project management experience.
- Knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
- Proficiency with fit-out project management tools/software and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with sourcing high-quality materials and finishes for luxury villa fit-outs.
- PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
