K4 Group is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business for its Cleaning division.
The role focuses on personally identifying opportunities, building relationships, and winning recurring and multi-site Cleaning contracts across the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Generate and secure new Cleaning and Soft FM business across the UAE.
- Build relationships with property managers, developers, hotels, holiday home operators, communities, offices, retail, and multi-site clients.
- Prospect for opportunities and decision-makers, then manage sales from lead generation through negotiation and contract closure.
- Identify opportunities across Cleaning, Soft FM, Hard FM, AMC, and Maintenance services.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UAE Business Development or Sales experience in Cleaning, Soft FM, or Facilities Management.
- Proven personal record of generating and closing new business and securing recurring, multi-site contracts.
- Strong existing UAE network across property management, real estate, hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors.
- Good understanding of Cleaning or Soft FM; Hard FM knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proactive, target-driven, and commercially focused.
- UAE market knowledge and an established client network are essential.
