An established residential fit-out contractor in Dubai is hiring an experienced Project Manager.
The role owns delivery of residential fit-out projects from mobilisation through completion and handover.
Salary
- Salary is up to AED 30,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects, programmes, commercial performance, site teams, subcontractors, consultants and client relationships.
- Coordinate site teams and specialist trades, and manage milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, landlords and subcontractors.
- Monitor budgets, variations, valuations and commercial performance.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation; coordinate MEP and architectural works.
- Resolve design and site issues; monitor QA/QC and HSE standards.
- Manage delays and technical issues, prepare project reports, and lead project meetings.
- Provide senior management with progress updates and deliver to quality, programme, budget and client expectations.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of construction or fit-out experience, including strong residential fit-out experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Proven end-to-end project management experience and strong leadership and subcontractor management experience.
- Good understanding of MEP coordination; strong commercial and programme management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards and project processes.
