Lead development for a significant portfolio of retail and mixed-use developments in Dubai.
Manage the full development lifecycle from initial feasibility through completion.
Key responsibilities
- Lead developments from feasibility, concept, and business case through design, procurement, construction, and handover.
- Oversee development appraisals, budgets, project programmes, and commercial performance.
- Drive retail concepts, asset positioning, tenant mix, and leasing requirements.
- Manage consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet commercial, operational, and delivery objectives.
- Oversee tenant fit-out, operational readiness, and asset handover.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate development.
- Extensive retail development experience is essential, ideally across major shopping centres, retail destinations, or retail-led mixed-use schemes.
- Strong commercial understanding of feasibility, development appraisals, and project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage developments from inception through completion.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Candidates must demonstrate substantial retail development experience.
