Role overview

Project delivery

• Manage assigned projects through all delivery phases and monitor programmes, milestones, and critical paths.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans and recovery actions.
• Coordinate transitions across design, procurement, construction, and operational handover.
• Coordinate design deliverables, workshops, meetings, reviews, approvals, and issue resolution.
• Monitor design alignment with approved briefs, budgets, and operational requirements.
• Support quality assurance during construction and fit-out.
• Monitor budgets and expenditure; track procurement, supplier deliverables, and commercial commitments.
• Review variations and change requests, escalate financial risks, and support cost-control initiatives.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, minutes, and leadership updates on progress, risks, budgets, and performance.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate consultant appointments, submissions, approvals, document control, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, regulatory, and company requirements; promote safe practices and expected quality standards.

• Hotel development or hospitality project experience is highly desirable.
