Role Description

This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in Dubai and is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of data, AI, and integration projects for enterprise clients.

The Project Manager will lead project planning, define scopes and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, preparing status reports, and facilitating clear communication between clients, engineers, and leadership.

The role also involves aligning project activities with governance requirements, supporting resource allocation, and continuously improving project processes and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience as an Expeditor with solid Expediting skills to track deliverables, follow up on dependencies, and maintain timelines.
  • Inspection and quality assurance experience to verify deliverables meet requirements and standards.
  • Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and interdependencies across multiple teams or vendors.
  • Proven experience managing technology or data-focused projects, preferably in regulated industries such as banking, aviation, or logistics.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborating closely with local and regional stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
  • Salary: AED 14,000 – 17,000 per month (based on experience and skill fit)
  • Work Visa: UAE employment visa sponsored and processed by the company
  • Annual Air Tickets: Return air tickets provided as per UAE Labour Law entitlements
