Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with business owners and drive initiatives through the SDLC to deliver strategic and tactical IT solutions.
• Run requirement-gathering sessions and produce screen mockups that support day-to-day operations and decision-making.
• Author use cases, BRDs, SRS, and change requests that bring clarity and are shareable with stakeholders.
• Model requirements so the development team receives complete, unambiguous specifications.
• Act as scrum master for daily stand-ups, managing agile delivery of feature-based applications.
• Maintain project schedules — timelines, critical paths, risks, and mitigation — to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate across product owners, infrastructure, development, and vendors, assessing upstream and downstream impact to keep the product robust and scalable.

Required Technical Skills

• Proven business-analysis experience across the full software delivery lifecycle.
• Hands-on airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS) experience is required, across web, online check-in (OLCI), and mobile app channels.
• Familiarity with conversational bot platforms and how they integrate into digital channels.
• Strong requirements documentation: use cases, BRD, SRS, change requests, and process mapping.
• Requirements-modeling and screen-mockup / wireframing tools.
• Agile delivery and scrum-master experience with project-management tools.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst delivering IT solutions in a structured SDLC environment.
• Domain background in airline / travel Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and digital customer channels.
• Methodical and organized, able to turn ambiguous business needs into clear specifications.
• Strong stakeholder communication across business, technical, and vendor teams.
