Experience Required

: Minimum 15 years of IT work experience and 8 years of Project Management Experience

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to drive large‑scale projects across airline reservation, inventory, and revenue‑management domains for our client.

Lead cross‑functional teams, manage complex delivery roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration of booking, pricing, availability, and revenue management systems.

Coordinate simultaneously with multiple airline customers, external solution providers, and internal engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑time implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of airline reservation or revenue‑management projects, from scoping to deployment.
  • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel, ensuring alignment of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with third‑party solution providers, GDS partners, and technology vendors to ensure smooth integration.
  • Oversee system migrations, API integrations, EDIFACT/NDC message flows, and platform enhancements.
  • Drive risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication across diverse airline environments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (IATA, PADIS, NDC) and internal quality frameworks.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for engineering and product teams.
  • Monitor KPIs, project budgets, and delivery performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of project management experience, including large enterprise or multi‑stakeholder programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers and vendors concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and technical delivery processes.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Projects in airline reservation systems, PSS, GDS connectivity, revenue management, or inventory control will be a plus.
