About This Role
Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex engineering projects across international environments.
You’ll lead projects end-to-end, from contract review through execution to final handover, ensuring delivery meets client expectations, commercial targets, and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and internal targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Review contracts and translate requirements into clear execution strategies
- Develop and drive project plans covering scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage change control, ensuring all variations are documented and agreed
- Oversee multi-discipline engineering activities for smooth project delivery
- Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and deliverables
- Ensure timely issuance of all project documentation
- Coordinate procurement, supplier selection, and follow-up
- Support invoicing and work with Finance to ensure timely payment collection
- Monitor and control scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and sustainability standards
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Minimum 10 years’ project management experience in Oil & Gas / EPC/Offshore
- Proven track record of delivering engineering projects
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals (P&IDs, GA drawings, datasheets)
- Solid knowledge of Oil & Gas industry practices
- Experience working with EPC contractors or client-side teams
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- CAPM or PMP certification is an advantage.
