We’re hiring: Task-Based Project Manager — Sophia Wisdom Index Survey Coordination
Time Anthropology Foundation (TAF)
is looking for a project-based
Project Manager
to coordinate the pilot survey for the
Sophia Wisdom Index
— a research initiative exploring how contemporary figures may be recognised as embodiments of wisdom by experts from intellectual, cultural, and research fields.
This is a
task-based role
with clearly defined deliverables and KPIs.
The role focuses on coordination, outreach, communication, and structured project management rather than general administration.
What you will do
- help define the operational plan for the Sophia Wisdom Index pilot survey;
- identify and recruit suitable people to conduct the survey / outreach;
- coordinate survey assistants or outreach contributors;
- prepare and manage the respondent list;
- track outreach, responses, follow-ups, and completion status;
- collect, organise, and summarise survey responses;
- structure the nominated figures mentioned by respondents;
- prepare a list of selected names for internal review and possible presentation at TAF’s online event in November.
- Key deliverables:
- 5–7 suitable survey assistants / outreach candidates identified;
- 2–3 candidates recommended for conducting the survey;
- respondent list prepared according to the agreed structure;
- outreach tracking table created and maintained;
- survey responses collected and summarised;
- structured list of nominated wisdom figures prepared for internal review.
Requirements
- higher education;
- excellent written English, C1–C2;
- Russian for internal communication, B2+;
- strong communication and coordination skills;
- ability to work independently and organise complex outreach processes.
- This role may be especially relevant for candidates with experience in research coordination, academic outreach, cultural projects, expert networks, surveys, or international community-building.
