Responsibilities
- :Technical and operational responsibility for all awarded work orders
- .Full financial and technical accountability for all assigned work orders
- .Represent the company in meetings with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders
- .Manage and coordinate the team of Works Managers assigned to each work order
- .Ensure full compliance with HSE, Welfare, and Quality policies and procedures
- .Monitor and control the technical and financial progress of all work orders
- .Propose and plan the resources required for the execution of the work orders
- .Participate in and support the tendering and bidding process
- .Act as the main point of contact with the client for daily follow‑up of site activities and execution progress
- .Ensure permit processing and compliance with approved timelines
- .Guide and support Works Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of project works
- .Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
- .Support Works Managers in design coordination with consultants and clients
- .Assist Works Managers in the preparation of project documentation and deliverables (permits, inspection requests, BOQ, ITP, method statements, as‑built drawings)
- .Lead technical and commercial discussions with manufacturers and suppliers
- .Monitor project KPIs to ensure compliance with project requirements

Requirements
:
Educatio
n: BSc in Engineering – preferably Civil PMP preferab
le.
Required Experien
ce: Minimum of 8 y
ears
Important Experience and specific knowle
dge: Experience in Projects with minimum value of 150 M QAR as Project Manager.
Quality Control, Quality Assurance and local legal Specifica
tion.
