We are seeking an experienced Policy Advisor to support policy development, governance initiatives, and regulatory innovation programs.
The successful candidate will provide evidence-based policy advice, conduct research and analysis, engage stakeholders, and help design practical policy solutions aligned with national priorities and future government objectives.

The successful candidate will provide evidence-based policy advice, conduct research and analysis, engage stakeholders, and help design practical policy solutions aligned with national priorities and future government objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead policy research, analysis, and benchmarking against international best practices.
- Develop policy papers, briefing notes, strategic reports, and executive recommendations.
- Assess regulatory, economic, social, and governance implications of proposed policies.
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of public sector policies and initiatives.
- Engage with government entities, regulators, academia, think tanks, and private-sector stakeholders.
- Monitor global trends, emerging technologies, and policy developments relevant to government innovation and governance.
- Facilitate workshops, consultations, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Prepare presentations and strategic advice for senior leadership.
- Contribute to regulatory reform, governance frameworks, and future-readiness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree or higher in Public Policy, Public Administration, International Relations, Economics, Law, Political Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in public policy, government advisory, strategy consulting, regulatory affairs, or think tanks.
- Strong understanding of government decision-making processes and policy development cycles.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality policy papers and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, research, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Professional-level English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Ability to draft, review, and present policy documents in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with government entities, regulatory authorities, international organizations, or leading consulting firms.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Governance and institutional reform
- Regulatory policy and regulatory innovation
- Economic policy
- Digital government and emerging technologies
- AI governance and responsible innovation
- National competitiveness and future foresight
- Public sector transformation
