Project Manager, Digital Transformation and User Experience

Role mission

Digital change and adoption

• Lead change management from project planning and implementation through long-term deployment, adoption activities, satisfaction surveys, continuous improvement, and operational support.
• Contribute to rollout of the employee ecosystem, including the intranet, mobile application, and SharePoint Online collaboration spaces.
• Develop communications and adoption plans, including campaigns, announcements, FAQs, user guides, leadership toolkits, and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops, gather field-team feedback and business requirements, and refine approaches to encourage sustained adoption.
• Promote responsible, secure, and effective use of digital tools and AI capabilities.

Communications and reporting

• Translate technical challenges and business priorities into clear messages for diverse internal audiences.
• Prepare executive summaries and reports covering progress, risks, benefits realization, adoption metrics, and next steps.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, change management, internal communications, digital adoption, or organizational transformation.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, Teams, and Viva Engage.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Ability to engage and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and results-oriented, able to use data, surveys, and performance indicators to improve outcomes.
• Comfort with IT environments, collaboration platforms, agile methodologies, and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• A pragmatic, user-centric approach and interest in innovation, AI, and continuous improvement; corporate intranet management is a significant asset.
