Project Manager, Digital Transformation and User Experience

Mission

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management throughout digital project lifecycles, including planning, implementation, deployment, adoption, satisfaction surveys, continuous improvement, and operational support.
• Contribute to rollout of the intranet, mobile application, and SharePoint Online collaboration spaces.
• Translate technical challenges and business priorities into clear messages for internal audiences.
• Develop communication and adoption plans, campaigns, announcements, FAQs, user guides, leadership toolkits, and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops, gather feedback and requirements from field teams, and refine approaches to sustain adoption.
• Prepare executive reports on progress, risks, benefits realization, adoption metrics, and next steps.
• Promote responsible, secure, and effective use of digital tools and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Have 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, change management, internal communications, digital adoption, or organizational transformation.
• Understand Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, Teams, and Viva Engage; corporate intranet management is a significant asset.
• Be comfortable with IT environments, collaboration platforms, agile methodologies, and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Be able to engage and influence IT, Communications, HR, Operations, Leadership, frontline teams, and external partners.
• Use data, surveys, and performance indicators to measure adoption and improve outcomes.
• Bring an interest in innovation, AI, and continuous improvement with a pragmatic, user-centric approach.
